Shumaila Khan is a writer & author, relationship coach, and emotional intelligence educator fascinated by the human psyche and the forces that shape our choices, relationships, and identities. Her writing explores love, loss, morality, psychology, and the quiet battles within us, drawing inspiration from human behaviour, history, philosophy, and emotional intelligence. This Is Where I Die is her debut novel.
Born in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, Shumaila was raised in Makkah and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where she completed her schooling at the International Indian School, Jeddah. Today, she lives in Aligarh with her parents and her two loyal canine companions, Biscuit and Bouncer. When she's not writing or coaching, she can usually be found reading, exploring ideas, planning her next journey, or enjoying life's quieter moments.
